So…in a nutshell i’ve decided that bannana cheesecake is an oddity. who decided to mix bannanas and dessert cheese??? who decided it was a good idea to make a cake made of cheese???…not that cheesecake isn’t a great thing….but mixing with bannanas???…i just dont know if my palette can take such an extreme combination. for some reason it was really awkward…..ok…well i thought this should be posted…only because i’m warning you…it’s odd. but try it i guess. ????
